Mr Qureishi is recognised by the majority of medical insurance companies, with direct payment facilities available through them. Patients are advised however, to contact their insurance companies directly prior to their appointment to confirm cover and pre-authorisation. You should be provided with an authorisation number prior to the appointment which will help to streamline the reimbursement process.

Please bring your insurance details with you to your appointment (membership and authorisation number if relevant). This will allow us to invoice the insurance company directly. Please note that insurance policy details can vary between companies and some policies do not cover all outpatient procedures.

 

Alternatively, payment can be made on the day in by personal cheque, major credit or debit cards (a small handling charge may be involved).

 

A receipt will be provided for all payments.
